We hold your inventory, track every item, handle custom luxury packaging, and ship on your behalf — so you focus on the brand, not the boxes.
Garage, spare room, rented unit — wherever you're storing inventory, it's costing more than it should and slowing your fulfillment down. Every square foot of improvised storage is margin leaving through the floor.
You don't know exactly what's on hand, what's moving, or when you'll run out — until it's already a problem. Reactive inventory management is one of the fastest ways to lose a customer you worked hard to acquire.
The unboxing experience is your brand's first physical handshake. Generic brown boxes leave money and loyalty on the table. Custom luxury packaging isn't a luxury — it's a retention mechanism.
Every hour packing and shipping is an hour not spent on product, marketing, or sales. The math stops working past a certain scale — and that moment arrives faster than most founders expect.
cite logistics and fulfillment as their primary operational bottleneck within the first two years of growth.
Brands that outsource fulfillment early consistently outpace those managing it in-house through the scale phase.
The cap is intentional. Every partner gets direct access, real accountability, and a room full of peers who are genuinely invested in each other's success.
Everything your product business needs to operate like a serious brand — without the overhead of a full warehouse operation.
The cohort is not a course. It is a structured, high-accountability partnership between product business owners who are ready to professionalize their operations and grow together.
Eight to ten scheduled group sessions across six months — covering real logistics challenges, inventory planning, brand-building, vendor relationships, and fulfillment strategy. The cap of twelve ensures every voice gets heard.
We assess your current inventory situation, packaging workflow, and fulfillment gaps. Build your baseline before we build your system. The kickoff mastermind introduces all twelve cohort members and sets the tone for the six months ahead.
Inventory transferred, tracking live, packaging standards set and approved. Your first orders ship through FF infrastructure. Refinement rounds with the cohort focus on the real friction that shows up when a system meets reality.
We optimize pick/pack speed, packaging cost per unit, and reorder cadence. Peer sessions turn toward scaling without breaking the system you have built — supplier negotiations, multi-SKU management, and seasonal preparation.
Full review, metrics walkthrough, and decision point. Continue as a standalone FF partner, scale your storage allocation, or transition your playbook in-house with our full support and documentation. Either path, you leave with a working system.
We work with physical consumer product businesses — anything that can be boxed, stored, and shipped. Beauty, wellness, lifestyle goods, apparel accessories, specialty shelf-stable food, and boutique branded merchandise. If you're unsure, describe your product in the application and we will advise.
Storage is billed monthly based on space used — per bin, per shelf, or per pallet depending on volume. Pick-and-pack fees are per order fulfilled. Custom packaging setup is a one-time fee with per-unit materials costs ongoing. Full pricing is disclosed during your onboarding consultation after acceptance into the cohort.
Yes — and that's intentional. The cohort model only works when every participant is fully committed. Six months is the minimum runway to set up systems, run them, find the problems, and fix them properly. Fulfillment services can continue beyond the cohort on a month-to-month basis.
Sessions are held virtually with all cohort members. Each runs 90 minutes: a focused brief from FF on a specific operational topic, then open floor for members to present real challenges and receive direct input from the group. Sessions are recorded for members who cannot attend live.
A maximum of 12 businesses per round. Spots fill on a rolling basis as applications are reviewed. Submitting does not guarantee a spot — we will follow up within 3 to 5 business days with next steps or to schedule a brief discovery call.
Not initially. The cohort is how we onboard all new partners — it ensures your systems are set up correctly, your packaging is dialed in, and you are getting the most out of the service from day one. After graduation, continuing as a standalone fulfillment partner is an option.
